I am very excited to share with you today about a project that I have been working on for quite some time now. The goal behind The Coffee Lab has always been to connect people with the needs of others, and enable them to make a difference. So far, we have used proceeds from your purchases to plant over 50 trees with our partner One Tree Planted! We have also invested and helped support Son Mission and the work they are doing in the Busia District in Uganda! Little by little, cup by cup, you are making a difference in the world, and that is what Coffee With A Mission is all about.

So today I hope you will share my enthusiasm for our newest partner, Dwellings Coffee Homes. In cooperation with Dwelllings, we have committed to raise support for and aid in the process of building a home for the family of Juan Ramon Pineda. Ramon currently lives with his wife and 4 year old daughter in a room he rents with money earned growing and harvesting coffee. He recently bought a small plot of land where he has planted coffee trees and wants to have his own home, and we have decided to give him one! The coffee industry is dependent upon farmers like Ramon, and if you drink coffee, you should consider investing in the people who grow it.
